Why CORA?

Innumeracy is rampant in this field, and CORA is the only curriculum designed to provide immunity against this epidemic of ignorance. Completing this course will increase your competence and confidence levels, and equip you – as the purchaser or advisor – to challenge the fictitious "savings" that actuarial consulting firms get paid large sums to "show" on behalf of their clients.

About the Instructor

CORA distills population health science into steps you can take to find high performing programs. Lots of point solution vendors hide their poor performance behind splashy graphics and serious-looking statistics. CORA teaches you the difference between impressive-sounding and solid performance.

I have spent most of my career measuring, tracking, and analyzing population-level health programs. God is in the details, as they say. I would love to see high performers get more business, but they tend to be honest about themselves. They may not look as splashy. They do not use tricks to pump up their numbers. I hope CORA graduates will help to shift this, and send more business to the vendors who perform. CORA graduates can be game-changers, and the world of health insurance and health care needs a game change.
