AGREEMENT TO TERMS 

 

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“you” or “User”) and Validation Institute (“Validation Institute,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of our websites, including but not limited to [www.validationinstitute.com](http://www.validationinstitute.com), any associated online course platforms, digital products, or mobile applications (collectively, the “Site”), including our “Validated Fiduciary” course and any future educational programs offered through the Site (collectively, the “Courses”). 

 

By accessing the Site or enrolling in any Course, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Site or enroll in Courses. 

 

SUPPLEMENTAL TERMS 

 

Supplemental terms, such as course-specific requirements or certification policies, may apply and will be presented alongside applicable Courses. These are incorporated into these Terms by reference. 

 

MODIFICATIONS 

 

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site indicates your acceptance of any changes. 

 

AGE REQUIREMENT 

 

You must be at least 18 years old to register and access the Site or Courses. 

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 

 

All content on the Site—including videos, course materials, certifications, logos, and underlying software—is the property of Validation Institute or its licensors. You may access and use the content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. No content may be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written consent. 

 

LICENSE TO USE COURSES 

 

Upon purchase or registration, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Course(s) for which you are enrolled. Sharing access credentials or reselling content is strictly prohibited. 

USER ACCOUNT AND SECURITY 

 

You may need to register to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms. 

 

CERTIFICATION STANDARDS 

 

Certification through the Validated Fiduciary program is awarded only upon satisfactory completion of required modules and assessments. Certification does not constitute legal or investment advice and does not imply endorsement or approval of an individual's or organization’s services beyond the stated course scope. 

 

PROHIBITED CONDUCT 

 

You agree not to: 

 

* Share, sell, or redistribute course content 

* Misrepresent your identity or credentials 

* Attempt to interfere with the Site’s operation 

* Upload viruses, bots, or malicious code 

* Engage in harassment, abuse, or illegal conduct 

 

Violation of these rules may result in suspension, removal from the program, revocation of certification, or legal action. 

 

USER CONTRIBUTIONS 

 

You may have opportunities to post comments, questions, or feedback. You retain rights to your contributions but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use them to improve or promote our programs. 

 

PRIVACY

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of North Carolina.
